SERVICE CONCEPTS

ERAF offers a wide range of solutions for every possible situation – from vehicle repair to life-long product servicing to management of an entire vehicle fleet. Together with the customer a tailor-made service concept is designed – to meet your needs and requirements.
SPARE PARTS MANAGEMENT
Short repair times and optimized availability are the result of a fast and uncomplicated spare parts supply. We offer tailor-made solutions to its customers, including on-site storage. Data analysis of actual spare part deliveries enables the customer to plan the needed spare parts supplies. By using obsolescence management ERAF can inform the customer in good time when spare parts are going out of stock. Solutions can be offer and the spare parts supply is secured for the whole system life cycle.
SERVICE CONCEPTS
The know-how from the ERAF production facilities delivers the base for factory overhaul, carried out in regular intervals or in case of need. Both overhaul measures contribute substantially to economic efficiency and life cycle extension of the vehicles. Factory overhaul with ERAF know-how can also be carried out in the customer country. In addition to this, overhaul, technical modifications and upgrades can be carried out, adapting the equipment to the specific demands of our customers, whether it is at the equipment´s base location or on operations. Within the scope of factory overhaul modifications and upgrades can be carried out as well. These can reach from the adaptation of an assembly to customer standards up to a full combat improvement of the whole system.
FLEET MANAGEMENT
Our fleet management services extensively consult in all questions of logistics, technology and economic efficiency of military systems. Beginning with the service engineer on site about the technical support on the phone up to a consultation about upgrades and modifications by the development engineers ERAF supports at every level. The consultation service is rounded by assistance for building infrastructure, the planning of servicing processes and the construction of training facilities.
ON-SITE TECHNICIAN
International and local service technicians form the core of the ERAF service team. Well experienced, with a wide qualification base, they ensure the operational availability of our customer´s equipment. As a competent on-site partner, our technicians have access to an extensive portfolio of services as well as a team of specialists in our service headquarters, which enables them to perform complicated technical challenges. Short communication ways and quick response times are the result of an efficient structure – from the self-sufficiently working service engineer up to the superintendent which is integrated into the organisation of the customer – for an experienceable service quality.
TRAINING AND ADVISORY
Systems on the highest state of technology need competent assemblers and well qualified operators. An unconditionally good training is inalienable for this and an important component of our portfolio as well as a high-class sign of our products. An education with low expenditure can be realised by for the customer, also abroad or in the mission country a training is possible. ERAF offers customized training and education programs for every mission – even directly in the mission´s area.

On account of the uniqueness of every mission ERAF offers customers a tailor-made and flexible service concept for support in missions. With the thorough integration of our service technicians into the customer´s organisation, the extent of the support activities can be precisely identified and adjusted to flexible mission demands. Fast and uncomplicated implementation is ensured by the close cooperation by operations managers and their technicians. Optionally, ERAF can manage and supervise our own systems material logistics in addition to third party equipment – in short, reliable in every mission.
